Auburn real estate is benefitting from the exodus of the population from the Bay Area and other expensive, densely populated areas. People are finding they can work from home while living in a friendly, affordable town.

Nevada County and El Dorado County show the highest change in home prices from January 2020 to April 2021.

Nevada County is 22.9% and El Dorado County is 21%.

Placer county experienced a more modest increase of 11.3% which is still very notable!
