Sherry Wine Cake

SHERRY WINE CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1 Package yellow cake mix
1 Small box instant vanilla pudding
¾ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup Sherry
4 eggs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix all ingredients together, blend with mixer for 5 minutes. Bake in a
bundt pan for 45 minutes or until a inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on rack for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Cool slightly,
then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
